Before you write

A few things that might save you a round-trip:

• Library not showing up? Make sure Music for Now has Apple Music permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Media & Apple Music.
• No Active Apple Music subscription? Playback needs one. You can still browse and rate without it.
• Something looks stuck? Force-quit and reopen — most sync hiccups clear up. But let us know, if we know about something we fix it soon.

If none of that helps, send us your iOS version and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are very much appreciated. Thanks for your time in any case.
