Before you write

A few things that might save you a round-trip:

• Library not showing up? Make sure Music for Now has Apple Music permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Media & Apple Music.
• No Active Apple Music subscription? Playback needs one. You can still browse and rate without it.
• Something looks stuck? Force-quit and reopen. Most sync hiccups clear up. But let us know, if we know about something we fix it soon.

If none of that helps, send us your iOS version and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are very much appreciated. Thanks for your time in any case.
