Music for Now Terms

Terms of use

Last updated: May 17, 2026

The short version

Music for Now is provided as-is. It needs an active Apple Music subscription. Don't try to break it. We'll do our best to keep it working.

The app

Music for Now is an iPhone application that reads your Apple Music library to help you choose what to listen to. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Apple Music requirement

Music for Now is a layer on top of Apple Music. You need an active Apple Music subscription to actually play music. Music for Now does not stream, host, or distribute any audio content — Apple Music does. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

Your responsibilities

As-is

Music for Now is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We can't guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility with every iOS version, or that every album in your library will surface the way you expect. We will, however, work hard on bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including lost listening time, missed concerts, or albums you forgot to play.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
